Who is responsible
Your personal data is handled by HELHAS - FZCO, the company behind Pufflo, trade licence no. 47736, DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any question about your data, write to support@hellopufflo.com.

What we collect
- The details you give us when you order, ask for a custom sofa, sign up to our newsletter or write to us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and delivery address.
- Your order: the sofa, its options, the price and the delivery date.
- The photos and measurements you send us for a custom sofa.
- How you use our website, through cookies, as explained on our cookies page: https://hellopufflo.com/cookies
Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

Why we use it
- To make, deliver and install your sofa, and to keep you informed about your order.
- To answer your questions and prepare your custom sofa.
- To send you our newsletter, only if you signed up for it.
- To improve our website and measure our advertising.

Who helps us
We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run Pufflo: our online shop and payment providers, our email provider, and our analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your order and its after-sales, and to meet our legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
Under the UAE personal data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop receiving our messages. Write to support@hellopufflo.com and we answer you quickly. Every newsletter also has a link to unsubscribe in one click.

Your data is protected by secure connections and access limited to the people who need it.
