Refund policy

Every Pufflo sofa is handmade for you when you order it, in the format and colour you choose.

When your sofa arrives
Our team delivers your sofa, installs it and checks it with you before leaving.
If something is not right when it arrives, such as torn or stained fabric, a broken part or any other manufacturing defect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send us a few photos. We repair it or remake it, at no cost to you.

Made to order
Because each sofa is made for you, a sofa that has been made cannot be returned for a change of mind. Not sure about a size, a fabric or a colour? Message us before you order and we help you choose.

What this covers
This cover applies to manufacturing defects found on delivery and reported within 48 hours.
