What applies when you order a Pufflo sofa, in plain words.

Who we are
Pufflo is a brand of HELHAS - FZCO, a free zone company registered with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, trade licence no. 47736, DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Your order
These terms apply to every order placed on our website. Your order is confirmed once it is paid in full. We then send you a confirmation with the details of your sofa.

Our sofas
Each sofa is handmade for you when you order it, in the format, colour and seat comfort you choose. Measurements are given in centimetres on every sofa page.
Our photos are taken with care to show each sofa and its colours as faithfully as possible. Depending on the light when the photo was taken, the settings of your screen and the natural character of each fabric, the colour and look of your sofa can vary very slightly from the photos. Because each sofa is handmade, small differences in finish can also appear from one piece to another: they are part of the charm of a handmade sofa.

Prices and payment
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). The price you see is the price you pay: delivery and installation are included, and nothing is added at checkout.
You pay online by card or Apple Pay, through our secure payment provider. We do not take payment on delivery.

Making and delivery
Your sofa is made for you, then delivered and installed by our team, free of charge, in all seven emirates. Delivery takes place 3 to 6 days after your order; the dates are shown when you order.
We confirm the delivery day with you on WhatsApp, then a 2-hour slot. Someone needs to be at home to receive the sofa. If that is not possible on the day, we agree a new date with you.

Cancellation
Because each sofa is made for you as soon as you order, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been paid.

Returns and warranty
If something is not right when your sofa arrives, such as torn or stained fabric, a broken part or any other manufacturing defect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we repair it or remake it, at no cost to you. A sofa that has been made cannot be returned for a change of mind. All the details are on our returns and warranty page: https://hellopufflo.com/returns

Custom sofas
For another size or shape, we send you a drawing and a price. Your custom sofa is ordered once you accept that price and pay for it; these terms then apply in the same way.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If a disagreement cannot be settled with us directly, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the day of your order applies to that order.
