Shipping policy

From our workshop to the last cushion in place, our team takes care of everything, across the seven emirates. Delivery and installation are included.

From your order to your living room
1. You order: pay securely online. Your delivery dates are shown right away.
2. Made for you (days 1 to 2): cut, padded and upholstered by hand in our local workshop.
3. Delivered and installed: a 2-hour slot confirmed the day before, a call 30 minutes before. We check it together before we leave.

Delivery day
A two-person team, on time, careful with your home.
- A 2-hour slot, confirmed the day before, and a call 30 minutes before we arrive.
- Your home protected: floors and door frames covered while we carry your sofa in.
- Checked together: we look over your sofa with you before we leave, set in place just as you chose it.
- Nothing left behind: assembled, set in place, packaging taken away. Nothing to pay at the door.

How much is delivery?
Nothing: delivery and installation are free, in all seven emirates.

Do you deliver to every emirate?
Yes, to all seven emirates, and delivery and installation are always free.

Can you take my old sofa away?
Ask us when you book your delivery slot.
